Computer imaging can help decide what to do...
Sometimes, patients come to me for rhinoplasty and they just are not sure what to do with their nose. They just know they want it changed. That is the perfect opportunity to utilize computer imaging. After a picture is loaded into the program, I can make subtle or significant changes, such as taking a bump down or thinning the tip. This way the patients can get an idea of what surgery may do for them. This same procedure can be done for other procedures such as facelift or breast augmentation. It is important to remember that computer imaging is not a guarantee of what you will look like after surgery because the human body can heal in different ways, but you can certainly get an idea. At Associates in Plastic Surgery, we offer free computer imaging either at an imaging session or through email. Just go to www.AssociatesinPlasticSurgery.com for more details.
